Dear DZRH,
Good day, please endorse my email/query to PhilHealth ("Dear PhilHealth" radio program) since I could not locate their email address. I've tried visiting the PhilHealth website but all their email addresses fail. Thanks for your assistance.

Dear PhilHealth,
Good day!
I listened to your Wednesday program over DZRH today, and even sent a text message inquiring about the contact number of your PhilHealth office at the East Avenue Medical Center, if any.
However, you already ran short of time so your anchors/hosts advised that I'd email my concerns instead.
I'm a former OFW and now, an individually-paying member as my MDR reflects.
I'm due for a thyroidectomy at the East Avenue Medical Center. This could not materialize, though, if I wouldn't know the procedures in availing of my benefits.
I would appreciate it som uch if you could give me an extra mile to answer my queries, as I direly need them for my much-needed surgery:
1. With my PhilHealth membership and contribution, is there any other payment I need to give prior to my operation? If there is, how much?
2. Will PhilHealth shoulder my post-surgery medications?
3. For how long will I be confined at said hospital? (Thyroidectomy case)
4. What steps must I take, forms to fill up, or documents to submit to avail of my benefits? I am a first-timer.
I do hope that you could provide me with answers to these important questions soon, if possible, before Wednesday next week, please through this personal email address. East Avenue Medical Center is quite far from where I'm staying and due to financial constraints, I could not go there easily.
